How We Make NdFeB Magnets

- Mix the stuff: We mix neodymium, iron, and boron. These are like the flour, eggs, and sugar for our magnet “cake.”
- Press it hard: We put the mix in a special mold. Then we press it very, very hard.
- Bake it: We put the mold in a hot oven. This is called sintering.
- Cool it: We let it cool down slowly.
- Cut it: We cut the big magnet into smaller shapes. We can make any shape you need!
- Coat it: We put a special coating on the magnet, like a jacket, so its a corrosion-resistant coating. This keeps it safe from water and air.
- Make it magnetic: We use a big machine to make it a magnet. This is called magnetization.
